Anger is a defense mechanism against some unexpected and unwanted events. Anger may result in physical action or shouting loudly. Everyone gets angry. Some people will react very quickly, some may not. The difficult part is learning what to do with strong feelings. If anger is not expressed properly, it may result in worst things.

You should try not to lose control when you get angry. Taking it out on others is not the best solution. Instead, admit to yourself that you are angry and try to figure our why. Talking about your anger with somebody such as a parent, teacher or relative could be helpful. Once you talk about it, bad feelings usually go away.

Don't think that you will never get angry. Just remember that how you act when you are angry will worsen or improve the situation. That way, you will not lose control.
